MONERAY INTERNATIONAL LTD. is established in 1988 and has involved in custom design electronics products business over two decades, specialized in design and manufacturing of innovative, high quality, and unique products. Our innovation is not only on the cosmetic design, but also functional design as well. We have trained groups of experiences IC programmers, electrical and electronics engineers, mechanical engineers and designers to make our products more reliable, more environmental friendly, more user friendly and more elegant. Our dedication to design and quality has brought us customers from all over the world.
We have our fully owned production plant in Shenzhen, China. The facilities included a tooling workshop, injection workshop, spray and silk screen/pad printing workshop, bonding section, soldering section, the assembly line, quality assurance section and quality checking section. Investment of machinery and equipment are vast, to ensure the excellence of our finished products.
Our tooling workshop has introduced the use of CNC machine for years, to realize the need for high complexity, high precision but yet elegant and contemporary designs. And we have invested in IC bonding machines, injection machines, SMT machines to bring the critical production process in-house. The final products are undergoing continuous reliability testing including tests within the weather chamber and vibration machines.
And to further ensure the outgoing product quality, we have co-operation with Ping Jia Quality Control Service Co. Ltd. Under separate agreement with our customer, Ping Jia, on behave of our customer, will undergo 100% quality checking before shipment.
MONERAY possesses a competent team of engineers and designers to take up projects on electronics products for international customers. We possesses the know-how on a number of design territories particularly on application using microcontrollers in various product design categories. We had a high frequency as well as very low frequency test laboratories to take on design projects from VLF up to UHF frequencies. We also possess a standard lab to do reliability and endurance testing for products it designs and manufactures. On the manufacturing side, Moneray has a fully integrated manufacturing facility covering tooling design and tool making, injection molding, surface finishing and painting and printing; and printed circuit board assemblies and quality assurance to cater for wide varieties of customized requirements for present day electronics products.
